Shipping Policy:
shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice and will be paid by the customer when receiving the order.
Return Policy:
In most cases, Maamoon Est. will accept merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined in the section below and will replace the Product or refund the money at the customer's option.

Please obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning a Product(s) here.

Returns must be made within 14 days of date of invoice, be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Upon obtaining an RMA number you will be instructed where to return the Product(s).

Return freight charges must be prepaid or deducted from the invoice credit, as outlined in the RMA online process.
