shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice and will be paid by the customer when receiving the order. 

Return Policy:

In most cases, Maamoon Est. will accept merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined in the section below and will replace the Product or refund the money at the customer's option.

• Please obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning a Product(s) here.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of date of invoice, be accompanied by the original invoice number, include a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Upon obtaining an RMA number you will be instructed where to return the Product(s).

• Return freight charges must be prepaid or deducted from the invoice credit, as outlined in the RMA online process.
